For the launch of ‘DIRT’, artist Mattia Papp prepared a an edible painting during his performance. The performance was created with produce collected by Taste Before You Waste through its weekly urban gleaning actions across Amsterdam’s supermarkets. Visitors were invited to eat while visiting the gardens, enjoying a drink and getting to know Simulacrum’s contributors.
